As a pastry chef in Windsor Arms Hotel and Head Pastry Chef in the Humber
College, she gained years of experiences in the baking industry. Being a
product of George Brown College, and taught by well known
chocolatier, Noel will teach you the why and how to. You'll find
that she enjoys putting some oriental essence to her creations.
over 15 years of baking and pastry experience in world class
restaurants, Tom is an expert in European cakes and pastries
including kosher. Not only does Tom served large banquets for
over 1000ppl, but also executed special desserts ordered by VIP
clients such as Prince William of The Great Britain and Hollywood
celebrities. Currently owned "Fine Desserts", Tom is a
dynamic pastry chef with a reputation for improving quality and client
satisfaction. He is here to share his technique and knowledge.
